I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Arthur at the reception, who truly made a difference during my stay. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. His positive attitude and excellent service made me feel valued as a guest. The only downside was the breakfast, which was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. I will definitely be coming back again!

Great rooms with a beautiful view. Good location and great facilities . Loved the Sauna and Steam room. The only downside was that there were no plates , cutlery as there is a microwave to use . No cloth to wipe table or benchtop . Easy fixes

Excellent staff.

We had a wonderful experience staying at The Elysium hotel at Taksim. Great location, food, environment but most importantly the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The main person who went above and beyond and did of our stay an exceptional experience was Selma, at customer relations. Her unique personality and professionalism are an asset for The Elysium hotel. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel!

Good hotel

Big, comfortable room. Just aircon doesn't work good, in March is not a big problem. For some people could be uncomfortable about 200 meters walk uphill to Taksim Square. Next to the hotel there is an unfinished construction, which does not disturb, but rather spoils the impression of the immediate surroundings.

Overall great, but needs some more thoughtfulness.

The overall experience was great. The rooms were spacious and very luxurious, and the hotel itself boasted many amenities (like gym, pool, comfortable waiting area, etc.). That said there are a few areas were improvement is necessary. The rooms have a small kitchen, but no utensils or cutlery - they need to provide that. There are large glass areas offering stunning views of the city, however the in-room heating is not sufficient to keep the place warm during winters - they need better insulation or more effective heating. Lastly, there is no door for the shower area, which is not appropriate for families - they need to offer a door or blinds.
