Great location and lovely breakfast but the standout quality were the staff who were incredibly sweet and kind. The style of the hotel is very “lavish” but you can see that from the photos. My only criticism would be cleanliness as our residence had clothing in the washer from the previous guests and hair bands etc under furniture. Otherwise, it was very clean but a hotel of this standard shouldn’t overlook these details.

Everything was perfect and truly grand hotel. The only thing is the washer dryer unit broke in our suite. The hotel offered to dry our clothes for us, which was very nice. Breakfast buffet is delicious ans has many selections to chose from.
