The room had an issue with the air conditioning. When I mentioned it to the front desk, he immediately said he would take care of it, which he did, and told us not to worry. We went about our trip and felt supported.

The hotel's location was highly favorable, situated just a few steps away from the primary shopping district. Good but further from Sagrada Familla than reporte

Place if fine and an appropriate price. It is much further from Sagrada Familla than described. Need a cab. The TV has no stations in English.

The hotel has a good location and overall okay facilities but I booked a double room and was assigned a room with two twin beds in no way attached to each other, so they kept sliding away from each other creating a gap. The mattresses and pillows were also very uncomfortable.

Property has a perfect location in Eixample and is nice, however the rooms are too small and narrow for 3 people. Very crowded for 3 we had when we booked a double with extra bed. There is no room to move around. Also the balcony or window opens inward, so we could not open the balcony because the extra bed blocked our ability to do so. If it is just a couple, then maybe adequate, but room seemed small even for 2 people. Otherwise good.

小さいホテルながらも、設備も整っていて何も問題なく宿泊できました。カサ・ミラの近くという好立地ですが周辺は騒がしくないところもよかったです。シャワーの出し方が少しわかりにくかったが、自国との違いなだけで、そこは許容範囲内です。
