We stayed in a junior suite at the White Sands in Mexico and had a fantastic experience. The resort offered a great mix of fun and relaxation — lively nightlife for the adults and plenty of activities to keep the kids happy. I highly recommend booking in the Family Section; the food options were noticeably better, and the beach area was cleaner and quieter compared to other parts of the resort. Perfect spot for both family time and some adult enjoyment!

Mar 10-17th 2026, Our stay at the Palladium was great! We were well taken care of across the entire resort. The staff was always attentive, and respectful. With 2 kids, we stuck around the Colonial pool the most due to the access to the amenities they enjoyed the most. We also really appreciated having a personal concierge as part of our stay. It made it simple to book reservations, and communicate with our airport transportation.

Just returned from a heavenly week at Grand Palladium Select White Sand, nothing short of paradise. One of the most beautiful resorts we've been to, vast property with a ton of amenities and absolutely stunning grounds. We went with our 2 teen/young adult kids and they had a blast. The sports centre is amazing and, even after a week, we were discovering new areas of the resort. The food was the only let-down - loads of options and always fresh, but the caliber was mediocre. A shout out to our concierges, Cielo and David - they were friendly and helpful. All is all, a standout holiday and we will definitely go back.

We loved this place and definitely plan on coming back! It is so clean and all the staff were amazing! We actually got engaged here and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Thank you palladium!!

We had a fantastic vacation. We had access to most of the property due to booking through Expedia. The beach at Kantenah was the best spot and Alejandro took care of us every day we went to the beach! The restaurants were great and the staff everywhere were all very kind and accommodating for all of our questions in concerns. The rooms were very clean and the maid service kept everything stocked for us everyday. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this resort.

This entire place was gorgeous. The Expedia concierges were very very helpful. Thank you to David, Cielo, Rafael for your assistance. The staff were the best part of the trip. The resort was very nice. The rooms were well kept and the service was superb across the entire resort. I had so much fun.
