Brilliant for all reasons !

So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet!

Very clean hotel. New or recently renovated. Air conditioned which was a huge bonus. Restaurants around are mediocre. Accessible by bus route but off the beaten track wrt grocery stores and shopping. Good value for money.

A good stay!

We had a good stay at Kyriad, the rooms were relatively small so not much free space but otherwise clean and looked after. The secure parking facilities were useful, with easy access to Bordeaux Park and Ride services. We would stay again!

They had hard (memory foam) cushions I couldn’t use. Having alternatives would have been preferable. Breakfast buffet was very simple and not worth the money. Charger for the car existed but was complicated to get started with. No app but a web page was used for payment.

Härlig personal och fräscha moderna rum

Trevligt bemötande, vi fick ett nyrenoverat rum med 2 separata sängar, det sista som fanns kvar! Sköna sängar, mycket bra tryck i duschen och spegel som inte immade. Fräscha rum trots rätt litet och handdukarna var alldeles för tunna. Personalen värmde mat vi ville äta, vi blev bjudna på frukost och cannelés efter att vi checkat ut. Matbutiker och busshållsplatser ca 5min från hotellet och tram ca 10min. 2 restauranger precis bredvid där den ena gav 15% rabatt när vi nämnde att vi bodde på Kyriad.
