Accessible place for sightseeing

I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Kuala Lumpur City Center. It is conveniently located near all the major sightseeing spots, and transportation options such as the monorail, Grab and taxi services are easily accessible.

This property was a mixture of good and not so good. Good points: Location was great, area felt safe, beds were clean, toilets were clean, kitchen was clean, washer & dryer provided, nice food options close by. Not so good points: Couch was dirty, showers were mouldy, toilet taps leaked, washing machine was missing internal parts so didn’t want to use in case it put holes in our clothes, one window had a crack from one side to the other, I had to send several messages to 3 different people to arrange to meet for check in/out. The showers were the most off putting part of this stay otherwise I would have given more stars.

It was a pleasant stay and our caretaker was very responsive. Apartment 28-2 was beautiful renovated. There were warungs (street food) just behind the building. I highly recommend this property.

Good: 1)Many restaurants nearby 2)Good lighting and a/c 3)Close to KLCC Drawback: 1)The description mentioned it costs RM50 for swimming and gym per person for each stay. The manager denied that which should be RM15 / facility / person / 1 time 2)I booked 2 queen-bed, 2 single-bed and 1 couch-bed apartment for 7 people, but the 2 single-bed became 1 double-bed and there is no door for the double-bed room 3)The toilet seat is quite dirty 4)Refuse chamber on each floor is not closed, the smell is pretty unbearable when you passed by 5)There is no security guard at the lobby. The main door is always open for strangers (Even it should be accessed with a pass but the door was actually unlocked). Many Indians and Malaysians would walk around nearby during midnight. That could be really dangerous 6)No over door hooks in bathrooms. No way you could put your clothes when you gonna take shower 6)No ventilation in bathrooms 8)RM100 cleaning fee does not mean they will clean during your stay which is used for compensating the cleaning work they have to do after your stay. This is quite ridiculous 9)No towel and slippers provided 10)Only 6 rolls of toilet paper provided for 7 people during 4 nights-stay. You have to ask the manager for extra toilet paper 11) We asked for extra folding bed because we need 3 singles as forementioned. But then we got folding bed mattress only 12)No laundry detergent was provided 13)Washing machine and drying machine are dirty 14)Sockets - too low to reached

Overall it was a good stay. Mr Eddie served us throughout our stay. High floor with good city view. The place is near KLCC and Pavi. And my son accidentally left his soft toy in the room and Mr Eddie kindly went to the courier svc and courier back to us! kudos for the extra mile... :) only set back is the carpark, too narrow and chargable at rm10 every entry.

Perfect location!

Thank you for the great service given. Mr David actually upgrade our apartment to the SOHO suite which is nearer to Pavillion which is a walking distance. Easy access to everywhere. The apartment is complete with everything we needed. My Family have a great stay for the 2 nights And we even request for a late check-out @ 2pm! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
