I reserved a 2 twin beds to my family (4 people), however they offered 2 single beds. It was late night and my 2 daughters were sleepy, and the hotel mentioned that Expedia was not describing the details but for that hotel twin bed means single bed… I have never seen a twin bed becoming a single bed. A terrible experience.

チェックイン時にアメニティの説明なく部屋へ。一階に置いてあるものと、部屋にあるものがあるなら、説明あると親切だと思います。外出から帰った際にたまたま発見しました。他には、スリッパがさっと探して見つからず「スリッパ無いんか？」となりました。たまたま簡易デスクと壁の10cmくらいの隙間に「隠してあるかのように」置いてあるのを発見。ただ、使い捨てタイプではない、、、。他にも洗面にコンセントがなく、ドライヤーも探さないと見つけられないなど、細かい部分に不親切がいっぱいでした。ビジホなんてこんなもの？いやいや、少なくとも近々で利用した他の施設は、こういったストレスは皆無でした。

チェックイン、チェックアウト共に機械で行ったが、慣れてしまえば機械の方が気軽だ感じた。 とは言えフロントにスタッフの方は居るので、必ず機械受付ということでもない。 次回宿泊の時には朝食も食べてみたいと思う。
