Property was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the concierge looked after my car well. I slept like a log, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. There weren’t any plug sockets by the bed which was a let down, but I made do within the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing as always

Again we have stayed here and it never failed to please. From the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. We were greeted with smiles and all the staff were lovely, even the maintenance man whom was around the hotel. I love the hotel being central of Lord St, and the fact our car is taken to be parked safely during our stay. Breakfast is always plentiful from a variety to choose from. The staff are familiar from working here so long, which is a comfort. We will be back again. Thank you to the Vincent for another lovely weekend.

Beautiful hotel gorgeous food. The only downfall was that we were put in a room on the 3rd floor (beautiful room) which was facing a pub over the road and the music and shouting and singing from the pub lasted until about 3am in the morning, so we didn’t get much sleep. Overall stay was really lovely.

Lovely hotel

Attended a friend’s wedding at the hotel and stayed over. The staff from the receptionist to the servers were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent with a good choice of hot and continental breakfast. Only warning is that the shower is over a deep bath with a step up to the bath and a step inside the bath so may be unsuitable for people with mobility problems.
