The location right outside the park was very convenient and easy to reach. The room was very clean and staff very helpful and easy to remotely communicate. The room only had hand soap, so make sure you bring your own toiletries. It did have a hairdryer.

We are very happy with our stay at Apartamenty Podwale not only beacuse of its location (12min walking to the city centre, Wawel Castle, Sukiennice; 25 min walking to the central station and Krakow Mall), great comfort offered in the room but also the flexibility of Mr Lukasz and other staff members. We have not been able to be present as disussed to checked in due to flight realted issues, even then Mr Lukasz have checked us in at very late time reflecting as a very empathetic person, which we appreciated a lot! Checking out was also a pleasant experience which has not messed with our travelschedule at all due to, again, flexibility of the staff. The room itself is placed in an old town tenement with high ceilings and beautiful stairs, which gives that full experience feeling when visiting Krakow! We would definatelly book Apartamenty Podwale again when visiting Krakow in the future!

This apartment is perfectly located on the edge of the old town area. It is only a couple blocks to the town square with all of its wonderful sights and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and and quiet at night. the shower is amazing. The beds are comfortable. Our only problem was checking in because we didn’t have cell service in Europe. We had a difficult time finding the apartment and connecting with the owner. He was very gracious about the situation though and all ended well. FOR AMERICANS: read the address as ul. Podwale 1, Apt 12 (ul. Strands for Ulica which means street)

It was a wonderful stay in Podwale; The place is very well located; the neighborhood is beautiful, it is surrounded with old castles, parks and a huge number of typical places to eat and bye beautiful potteries..
