El hotel está muy bien ubicado y está muy limpio, pero es incómodo porque: * No hay estacionamiento y no se puede estacionar alrededor. * La habitación que nos tocó era en un piso de arriba y no hay elevador. No está bien para personas de la tercera edad porque la escalera es incómoda. Por lo demás tiene un excelente servicio y precios accesibles.

Muy buen lugar, la habitación con muy buenos aditamentos, el encargado muy amable desde antes de nuestra llegada, y sobre todo en la recepción, ya que nos explico todo a detalle. La posada esta muy cerca de la 5ta avenida, de un supermercado y de lugares muy buenos para desayunar y comer, totalmente recomendable.

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings about my stay. Things did not go as promised. Made prior arrangements to have someone meet me as owners not always present. No one there to let me in. Rang the door bell couple of times, waited about 8-10 min. Was ready to leave and find another place when someone let me on and tracked down the rental agent. The rest of booking process went smooth. Was showed to my room which appeared much smaller then the pics on line. Also there was no hotplate in kitchenette which was also promised online. I was then told that the smaller loft rooms do not have hotplates as they are too small and there is no room for one, which was true. Had I been told the truth at time of booking I would not have booked this place. I was told that they would try and install one over the next couple of days while I was gone touring. When I arrived back at my hotel after a few days the did install the hotplate and microwave for me as well as do a full cleaning of my room. I had only a very tiny area to cook on so I could not prepare as much as I had planned but I made do. The rest of my stay went well and there were no more issues. The area was very quite as it was a 10 min walk away from 5th Ave. The Mega store along with nice restaurants were just a couple blocks away. You are also nice and close to all the collectivos. I gave a better rating then I planned as they did try to correct their original mistake with the misinformation on their site.

This. Property is more a serviced apartment than a hotel. You need to ask for fresh towels and the cleaning is only on request or every 7 days. We had to dispose of our own rubbish. Not what we expected but enjoyed catering for ourselves. Had a cold after problem but didn’t worry us. Good location and secure and usually quiet. Would recommend to those wanting to self cater.

Excelente opción, definitivamente me hospedaria otra vez ahi. Tiene utensilios de cocina, estufa, lavadero y refrigerador. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. No hay recepción las 24 hrs pero me contactaron antes para saber mi hora de llegada y que hubiera alguien esperando.

The hotel facilities are very good. I recommend this hotel Posada Flamingos. Because the Manager Emir is very friendly. It guides you and explains all the places you can visit. ,eat. And he gave us good service. We are very satisfied to have spent or stay at this flamingos hotel . It has a very good location and access to the Mamita's beach and 5th ave to very close.

Quick weekend

The apartment was spacious, well lit and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hot water worked well. The kitchen had everything you might need for preparing meals for an extended stay. The A/C worked well and the apartment was very quiet at night. There's a rooftop deck with tables, chairs and a canopy so you can enjoy your morning coffee in the shade. Check in and check out was easy. I'd stay here again next time I'm in town.

nuestra estancia fue excelente, el servicio y la atencion desde nuestra llegada fue el mejor, muy amable Emir, las instalaciones y el equipmammiento del cuarto es inmejorables, las habitaciones estan en remodeladas y muy limpio, parece Nuevo, la seguridad y la cercania nos mantuvo muy tranquilos udrante nuestra estancia. Great stay overall, small hotel (more AIRBNB-like); we were contacted day prior to arrival by reception to establish ETA, which was very helpful as we had to travel from CUN to playa via bus, there's not a 24 reception therefore must establish contact prior to coming in. Cool patio on top of hotel with View of city and nice breeze for evening drink, there's also a grill up there. No other amenities but you're literally 10 min walk from beach and 5 min walk from 5th Ave so don't need much else. Also super helpful, there's a MEGA (supermarket) at next intersection. Had a great stay, super friendly and helpful staff. I say great for low key couples who like to explore and on a budget.
