朝夕共に食事はブッフェ形式ですが、一つ一つの味が美味しく、またアルコール含めてフリードリンクであったこともあり、とても楽しめました。 お風呂は、隣のどんどこ湯のサウナや温度が違う3つの内湯と露天風呂が楽しめ、館内も内湯と露天風呂があり、どちらも非常に気持ちよかったです。 スタッフのみなさんも気持ちのよい接客でした。

施設が古いというのは、書き込みを見て想像していた。エレベータが一機しかなく、混む時間帯は待たされることが多かった。また、自販機が故障していたり、浴衣がチョイスできないような柄がほとんどであったりと、細かなところでもイマイチ感があった。食事については、海外のお客さんが多い印象があった。もう少しのんびり、静かに食事したい人にはにぎやかすぎると思う。正直スタッフとはそれほど会話も交流もなかったため、対応がどうであったかは判断できない。落雷の影響で、どんどこ湯が使えないというアクシデントもあった。お風呂は夜入った時は、暗く足元が危ない感じだったが、朝はそんなこともなく普通に入れた。
