Great location and great price. Super friendly staff as well. There are restaurants in walking distance and a shopping mall with great grocery store directly across the street. Most days, this hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Will def stay here again.

The stay is extremely pleasant and comfortable, especially the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable able to provide the best service possible. Novotel Knows how to Serve

Great stay at Novotel Deira Dubai during a short business trip. The ambiance and the service was top-notch and the room was quiet spacious and clean. Didn't get chance to use other facilities, but had a walk through the pool and it was great.

I had a delightful weekend stay at the Novotel Deira. The staff were all vry kind, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was a great value and a great way to start the day. Breakfast was average, with more South Indian options. Reception service was okay but other staff around the hotel were amazing. Specially at entrance, swimming area, house keeping. They were brilliant and helpful. Chef and other staff at breakfast were efficient too.
