Communication between property and myself had been great before and throughout the stay. Instructions were very clear about how to open each door to get to our room. Each door had a name and unfortunately was the only door wothout the physical name on it, so we tried the code and hoped for the best. We had 4 people in our party but towels for 3. We had a tea kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee etc. I was unaware that we could "put our nane in the list for breakfast" so we saw breakfast being served on our way out the door to go eat breakfast outside and inquired about it. We were told we would be served last nc we werent on the list, but that it was complimentary. We were 100% ok with waiting and im so glad we did. The breakfast and courtesy of the young man who served us was excellent. Croissants, toast, jelly, butter, nutella, yogurt, fruit juice and cappucino. Would we stay again, idk. Price was good, everything was ok, just not our style.

The hotel is perfect for access to rail station. The neighborhood is dirty, no amenities at the hotel, mosquitos in the room, no daily service and no second roll of toilet paper available. The access to restaurants was good and the management responded fairly quickly to requests. Definitely a two star hotel.

Easy access for attractions

Comfortable and easy access for local attractions here. A little impersonal as access is through remote instruction - no staff present. Wi-fi doesn’t work most of the time we visited and when it does it’s very weak. A nice room however and a fair price.

Wifi didn’t work in the property after requesting for it to be fixed. Bed was uncomfortable as it sunk your body into the mattress. No reception for the stay at all. I'm so glad I chose this property! A lot of people complained in reviews about the check-in process but it was easy and exactly as described in the directions provided. People also complained about a dark entryway but there were light switches and the fact that the hall lights are on a timer is good for conserving energy. The room was adorable and perfect for two. I love that there was a hot water heater and coffee and tea. I also love that there were electrical outlets on both sides of the bed for cell phone charging, which is not always the case. We visited in winter and the heat worked almost too well. The location was fabulous, really close to the train and close to the center of the city. I hope to get a chance to stay here again!

I really hate to give a bad review of this place bacause the staff is very kind and helpful. But it is a health hazard. There is black mold in the walls and it smells awful. I have been to places that has a bit of mold, it easily happens in humid climates. But this was too much. And unfortunately they do not clean properly. Red mold in the shower could be easily removed, but they had not bothered, so I can just imagine what else they do not clean. The towels smell. They really need service on the heaters as well. They seem to be spewing something else. The checkin was fine for us, you just need to read the instructions. And the staff is helpful and kind.

A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem which could not be fixed in one visit. So they moved us to another room, which was great except there was no drainage in the shower - we could not have the water running for more than a minute, otherwise we would flood the bathroom and the neighbors downstairs. The staff did not respond to our requests to fix the problem (it was a weekend, so I am guessing they were off duty). Other than that, it was a nice and very convenient place to stay.

The property is well located in Florence. Perfect and walkable to any where within 10 min or less. Right on the street you have several options to dine and right across an express Conad market. The mattress is horrible. It sinks to the point of looking deformed. The interactions with staff is good, but the method of getting things done, not friendly since there is no one really there. I recommend to pay here rather than pay there. We had a hard time with the site and had to give the cc number on WhatsApp. Internet? You may as well consider it is inexistent even when is working, and cell phones signal’s can’t get in thru the walls. You must be literally at the window. They need a good internet there. The little fridge there, doesn’t really work. Makes noisy and gets cooler around 21 C but that’s about it.

The room was adequate. My main issue was with the service. Everything is offsite and no contact in person. Further, they insist on checking being between only 3 PM and 6 PM. We were traveling by car and it was very difficult to get there in that timeframe because we were coming from Venice. Please read their guidelines carefully before booking. It can get confusing and cause delays for tired Travellers. I arrived, and was given the wrong code to open the apartment door. I was able to reach them immediately over the phone, but I had to keep running outside to get the code because there’s absolutely no service inside the building. The Wi-Fi is very poor and inconsistent. After figuring out how to get me into the apartment, things went more smoothly. Another thing that really made this stay negative was that I plugged in my iPhone charger into the outlet upon arrival, and after about 10 minutes, the power went out completely in the entire room. They discussed troubleshooting it over WhatsApp. The power came back, but my charger no longer worked. I had to go buy a new iPhone charger which is expensive. It was especially difficult to find one that didn’t have a European plug-in. I asked them to compensate me for destroying my charger and they refuse to do so. The amenities in this room are sufficient for the price, but I can’t imagine how frustrated I would’ve then if the power was out for longer or if the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Id pass on this hotel.
