Black mold in ceiling of our room. A mushroom grew in the carpet one night. The staff and location are awesome. The old rooms really need refurbished and the moisture problems felt with. The pool was always great to be have after a beach day. Having kehei cafe next door is also a plus.

I love this hotel is right across the street from The beach and super close to great food trucks and abc store They gave us free cookies for the kids and they loved them and even got an upgrade for $60 they were kind enough to walk us to every room option they got , we went for the room in the renovated area pool level,they have free cold water in every corner , parking is only $20 and they have restaurants on site , definitely will be back!

This resort is a hidden gem. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are very clean and updated. The location is great. There is live music every night. I can't think of a single complaint. I would absolutely return to this hotel.
