I booked this hotel because it’s very close to cruise terminal and just 5 minutes walk from subway station. 5-6 minutes walk from hotel to a park and the famous red brick district. A very comfortable and relax stay before boarding a cruise ship.

今まで何回か宿泊しましたが、いつもチェックインの手続きに1時間もかかるのはちょっとしんどいです。もっと何か方法を考えていただきたいと思います。せっかくいいホテルなのでその点だけが残念です。

ベッドは寝心地良かったです。 ただ、お水が二泊したのに最初の日しか貰えないのは困りました。 コーヒーもお茶もあるのに肝心の水がたりません！ 夏だし、水分は大事です！
素敵な階段だったのでビジネスパートナーと撮影しました。

少し駅から歩きますが、とても便利で綺麗で、カウンターも広くて、リゾートホテルの様でした！ 大浴場があるのもとても良かったです！ また横浜に行く際はお世話になります！
