We love this hotel, but has changed since our last visit (August 2025) it's going down, we found little things that they're not the same. Breakfast was good, rooms had a lot mosquitoes ( we never had this problem before) I love that they care for the pets. The check in and check out was fast. Abilene and Gerardo We're very friendly and helpful.

For the price, this is a great stay for the area. I booked because it seemed close to the hospital where my dad was admitted. Unfortunately because of the road system, we had to drive all the way to Xcaret to turn around and head the direction of the hospital across the street. I checked in around 9pm, and nothing was open on-site or within walking distance for a drink or bite or even water. The front desk staff was amazing. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I chose the accommodation with the indoor pool included, but was unable to use it because it was freezing cold and didn’t appear to have any filtration. It looked like there was a button to make the pool do something, but it didn’t work. The towels are seriously subpar and the kitchenette amenities are sparse and random…no soap even. But the bed was comfortable and the shower was…fascinating. The rain shower head was broken and shot water everywhere and/but I’ve never seen a shower with a geyser coming up from the floor. I’ve also never felt cleaner. ;) It’s a bidet shower. I would actually stay here for a long-term rental, assuming that maintenance could make some adjustments to the pool and plumbing. I would bring in my own kitchenette supplies and towels, and be such a happy camper for months at a time. Breakfast is a bit awkward, but again, I got what I paid for and I was well-fed and well-slept despite the fact that my dad was dying in the hospital across the street (yet 10 miles away).

No soap nor shampoo in the room, asked for it but was delivered the next day. The shower drain was clogged and the water overflowed the room, had to throw a towel to control it. Room not properly cleaned, weird noise coming from bathroom made it hard to sleep. In another room my friends were staying there were roaches. On the contrary staff was friendly in reception and tried to help with activities and transportation.

I have stayed here several times the last few years. because it is very convenient. Clean, modern, great pool, staff are very plesant. I will stay here again when in need to. My only constant disappointment is the food. It won't make you sick but nothing is tasty or thoughtful. Honestly, the kitchen has no training or interest in food preperation.

The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. This isn’t a big hotel or resort. It's an inn...kind of like a bed and breakfast. The restaurant had limited, very basic options, the towel changes happen every 2/3 days only...overall the photos are accurate, just pay attention to what's in each room based on what you need. Taxis are easy to get to and from here so that's good too.

Friendly staff. Love the property decorations and garden and the best for us is that if are 5 in your family they can stay all together in the same room (they're big!!) Breakfast is good. Pros: The rooms were spacious, and each had its own bathroom. The in-suite pool was very convenient and enjoyable for the kids. Cons: The kitchen was not well stocked, there were not enough utensils, blankets, or towels, so consider bringing your own. Our room had been cleaned, but there was a very strong dirty mop smell that was extremely unpleasant. Breakfast was included, which was a plus, however, the selection was very limited and food ran out quickly. At checkout, we were charged an additional fee due to an alleged staff error during check-in. It was unclear whether this charge was legitimate, which felt concerning. The staff was not rude, but they were not particularly friendly either. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the price, and the location was convenient due to its proximity to nearby parks.
