The resort is not too overwhelming which I liked. All the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is in a very convenient spot if you want to walk into town. I would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again! First time at the reef and it didn’t disappoint. The resort is a 5/5, staff 4/5 (don’t try to take a coffee mug for a beach walk), food 3/5. Overall, highly recommend and we are already talking about coming back!

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The restaurant personnel were very concerned and knowledgeable about food allergies. The jungle atmosphere in the middle of the property is beautiful with waterfalls and the tiger wood walkways were a treat. Down to earth and family friendly with the nicest staff one could ask for!

The front desk employees were very kind and the Chula Vista restaurant staff were the friendliest and most attentive people ever! The food was delicious and our favorite night was when they served the tacos al pastor, with an actual trompo. We stayed a total of 6 days and every employee we interacted with was nice and very helpful; starting with the group bookings employee, the gift shop employees to the cleaning crew. The hotel is a true retreat in nature and the immense amount of greenery creates a peaceful and calming atmosphere. It felt great getting back to a clean room every night thanks to room service. The person in charge of hiring the staff is doing a great job because this is by far one of the best teams we have ever encountered.

Hotel is very nice yet not overwhelming. Multiple small buildings reduces the number of neighbors near by. One was a loud child, but not bad. Nice pools on way to beach. I liked the natural style and jungle garden. Room had a hair dryer and fridge.
