Great hotel located in a great spot. Odori Park is a couple of minutes walk away and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is practically around the corner. There’s also two very close convenience stores. All the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the room was terrific. To the point I extended my stay at the hotel from 4 to 9 nights.

The property is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. The shopping area is two blocks away. However, no onsen is on site, and it takes about 10 minutes to the train station.

No onsite parking but private parking lots near by for a fee. Lobby amenities were just ok. Bottled water in the room upon check-in. The room wasn't as clean as other hotels. Bathroom sink was draining slowly until i pulled out a piece of fiber possibly from a cleaning towel. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The main dish changed daily. Street shopping near by.

It is so close to Odori park and other interesting sights. It was easy to go where we wanted and have a comfortable room to rest in between adventures. I do wish they would allow stair access. When tour groups with their luggage were moving in or out, there was a very long wait for the two small elevators. Why can't we choose to use the stairs?

浴槽のお湯を抜いたら、洗い場の排水口からお湯と排水口の汚れが一緒にがあふれ出てきました。トイレの方までお湯が流れ出そうだったので、浴槽の栓を少しだけ開けてゆっくりお湯を抜きました。 浴槽が分かれていたのでこのホテルを選びましたが残念でした。汚れで出てきたのがとても気持ち悪かったです。

  My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at TMark Odori. Location is within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and transit (streetcar and subway). There are also drop off and pick up locations near TMark for the CTS airport bus. If staying for 4 or more days, you can pick the house cleaning day. The room was small but cozy. We got a twin corner room and the room included a "couch". I purposely picked this room with the couch, knowing that it would be used the most, which we did. There was only one luggage rack, but we utilized the couch and placed the other luggage on it. The walls were thick that I could not hear any noise from the room next to us.   Overall, the hotel and lobby were clean and no smell of smoke. It could only be smelled when waiting at the lobby for the elevator.   Some staff were not fluent in English but we were able to communicate through translation apps, which I appreciated. I asked the front desk for a large piece of cardboard. They offered me a new box for 200 yen (I think), but I told them it could be from a used cardboard box. They were kind enough to unload the water from the box and give it to me for free. We also asked the staff to help us confirm the bus and bus location to Otaru. They were able to check the bus number as well as provide a map to the bus stop.

札幌駅からはスーツケースを押しながら歩くと30分程度、タクシーならば1000円ほどでした。繁華街からは離れているので静かな立地です。 お部屋はコーナーツイン。2人であれば十分な広さ。スーツケースも広げることができました。洗面台は入ってすぐの場所にあり、トイレ、バスは同じ空間ですが扉があり脱衣所としては十分な空間でした。棚があるので着替えなど置くのに大変便利でした。 飲み物はコーヒーマシン、ティーパックの緑茶のみです。 窓からの景観は道路に面しているので建物の圧迫感はなく、街中であれば普通な感じです。 テレビ周りに棚がついてるので細かな物が多い女性には嬉しいです。 全体的に新しく綺麗な印象ですが、残念な点が3点ほど。 使用していないコーヒーソーサーに砂糖がこぼれていたこと。 お風呂場に髪の毛が落ちていたこと。 洗面台下にヘアゴム（ホテルの物ではないもの）が落ちていたこと。 やはりいい気分にはなりませんでした。 清潔な状態であるのが当たり前と思ってホテルを利用しているのでぜひ改善をお願いしたいです。
