My good rating is relative to the price, which is very cheap. This is a very budget hotel - I checked in and out using a kiosk in front. Very easy even without any Japanese. No key card required to use the elevator, which might be a concern for some. Also there's a 150 yen a night bathhouse fee, even if you don't use it (I didn't). The area is very quiet. The rooms are small but larger than I expected given the price. Overall I'd consider it if you're on a low budget and just need a place to crash.

大浴場汚い！！！！バスローブには穴！！

大浴場の風呂が汚い！！！！風呂掃除後の早い時間に行きましたが、浴槽に使っていると、手に髪の毛が絡みついてきました(気持ち悪い)。連泊しましたが、毎日です。。恐らく掃除してないです。汚すぎます。カメムシ発生により宿泊中露天風呂は使えませんでしたし、風呂は期待できません。 立地は複数最寄駅があり悪くないですが、梅田など中心街から少し距離があるので、拠点にするのには少し微妙かも。 バスローブは穴が空いていたり、ほつれていたり、酷いものでした。
