Excellent costumer sevice, although shared toilets and bathing rooms, they are sparkling clean when I was there. The breakfast is delicious. Nice comfortable space if.you have to wait there after checkout.

first time trying the caps and we were very much happy with the experience the staff make sure the comon area are clean all day long actually non stop. we actially like and will probably recommend to friends and family nice place for quiet and relax time the and coffee available 24/7 was nice but no black tea available unless you pay $1 as extra (this is only part i didnt understand😀😀😀)

It is great for a good nights rest and the breakfast is great. I am having major dental work done at Gnux Dental which is just downstairs from the yellow capsule. I like the location since it is safe and there are many good dining options within walking distance. It is not far from the airport (about a 20 minute taxi). The staff at the Yellow Capsule are friendly and helpful.

Safe box never worked even after 2 or 3 trials with the staff twin cabin mattress quality is average, my locker was damaged, to close have a little trick, washroom is average.

My first night the pods power stopped working, they had to switch pods. The second night I couldn’t get my tv going in the new pod, the remote needed batteries. The door from locker to beds has a lip in the floor that is protruding up, it’s dark in rooms and can’t see that lip. I split my toe open stubbing it. The locker room is very small and is uncomfortable with people in there because you can’t walk by with doors open. I had a good stay overall. But changes could be made for safety and relaxation.

This property need to be described more completely in it's listings and advertising. The pods look very cool. However, I'm about 240 lbs and they put me in a climb up pod. Why? Next, the pods interior lights are awkward, at best. A very bright blue light remains always on and its intensity is is disturbing (they do have a "shield" to cover the light but, it's inadequate. Clearly this "pod sleeping environment" should be considered ONLY a place to sleep. You cannot make sounds. You must wear headphones to watch TV. You must ask for towels or blankets!!! Why? How about improving the soundproofing rather than giving earplugs?

Fun experience & very convenient spot for the night we arrived in Cancun. Great staff, real eggs & little waffles for breakfast included. They have an airport shuttle for additional charge but we had a rental car. Free parking spaces on the street or paid parking lot. Food time, slept like a baby!
