Our stay was great! Check in was super easy and fast. We needed sheets for the pull out sofa, and after contacting the front desk, we had them within an hour. Nice hotel, clean, and very safe. Great area— walking distance to Love Park, many restaurants and shops in the immediate area! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a good location within walking distance of lots of food options and shopping. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The staff throughout the entire hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very nice and accommodated me even before my room was ready. Nowhere to warm your leftover food if you visit a local restaurant, which was a bit of an inconvenience, as I called the front desk multiples time to check if they had a microwave they could deliver to the room and they were almost always unavailable. Good walking distance from many spaces in Downtown.
