There was a convenience shop near hotel check-in. Huge hotel reception area with beautiful Christmas decorations. 3 mins walk to huge Aeon Mall. Free airport shuttle bus with helpful driver. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours.
