Had an amazing stay in this hotel. Just a short walk from JR station (it is just beside the station), location is superb. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The room is spacious and bed super comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

This is such a family-friendly accommodation. Fuss-free check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended.

Stayed at South wing. Room was very comfortable but there was no Aircon in month of May so it became quite stuffy. Service was fantastic as they came quickly to help open a window. Do note that South Wing Rooms occupants have to wear casual clothes to go to the Public Bath as the pathway is via the ground floor

nice and clear hotel , near to JR sapporo station, most of the attraction are walkable.

2nd time staying at this hotel and they were kind to upgrade us to a cross room for our 25th anniversary celebration 😬…love the quiet atmosphere and walkable distance to sapporo station, odori park & susukino.

Corner room was spacious for Japan standard. Separate toilet and bath stands out. Amenities and separate facilities for hot baths for both men and ladies were good too. Excellent location but not directly connected to the massive underground areas

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Check in timing is 3pm and we came early. They did the check in and helped us (family of 6 adults) to keep our luggages to the assigned rooms. Room cleaning was excellent. The best is Toyota rental south exit is located beside the hotel. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. The only thing is the breakfast buffet. Extremely short walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street where we enjoy tremendously. Eat shop eat shop sleep lol! Close to yummy eateries and fresh seafoods at Nijo Market! Room was a bit squeeze for our family of 3 otherwise all is good. Breakfast was sumptuous and 💯!

Fantastic location with a direct exit into Tanunikoji Street. Right opposite Ichiran Ramen, Megadonki a block away, Susukino 10 mins walk. Took a family connecting room which was good size for the 4 of us. One of the best breafast with the endless sashimi, ikura, tempura, sushi and more.
