This hotel was close to attractions, metro and buses. It was walkable to shops, restaurants, seaside, etc. the room was clean and the service was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really good for the price and all food were refilled until the end. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a great location and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are happy that we booked this hotel. The only downside with the hotel room is the flooring in the bathroom. The flooring is marble and is quite slick.

First time in Lisbon and this property excelled in every category. The staff was super helpful, kind, and impressively fluent in English. I don’t recall there being a gym nor pool but walking around the city was the only workout needed. The breakfast was very impressive with many hot and cold options along with an espresso machine. Will stay here again.

A beautiful hotel that offers excellent breakfast. It is very nicely decorated. Rooms are as listed on the website with a minimalist flare and very good quality furnishing and a tv hidden behind the central mirror. I will sincerely recommend it.

Great staff, great location, great hotel

Great hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, liberty avenue, commerce square, Alfama, St George’s castle. You name it, it’s within 10 minutes walk! Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, clean and high quality bedding and room in good condition. Very friendly and informative staff with great English language skills on the front desk, we arrived late in the evening and they reccomended an excellent local restaurant only 5 minutes walk away which turned out to be one of the best meals we ate during our stay!

Glam vibe, rooms could be cleaner

The hotel looks very nice with glam decor but was a major miss for us on cleanliness. Our shower door did not seal properly and there would be a pool of water. When we checked in there hallway floor was damp from previous guests. Additionally the electronic curtains were dirty and had stains and pen marks all over them.

Dated, dingy, poor design.

The hotel carpet was quite gross. Had dirt and stains on it. The bedroom I stayed in had no mirror in it at all, there as a window across from the bathroom sink and bedroom had no mirror. When we asked the front desk for any kind of mirror, they said they didn't have one. The towels were super worn and old and kind of grossed me out. The bed was comfortable and location is good. Hotel decor itself was super gaudy/tacky.
