Exceptional !!!
Great location with lot of great shopping and restaurants around. Hotel staff was very accommodating and took care of everything from recommendations to small treats to make stay pleasant. On our last night, we had a mishap on a tour bus which made getting dinner impossible. We called the hotel to learn about options and when we got back, they left us sandwiches, fruits and drinks in our room. We were blown away by their kindness and wonderful reception! Feeling felt is what hospitality is about. A+

They have a cockroach and bug problem at the hotel and I am not sure if anything is done about it. The building is poorly built and already you can see wearing out on some facilities without proper repair. Has a lot of potential though. The pool is nice and staff are very friendly.

Great hotel! We stayed here on the last leg of our 10-Day trip to Portugal, and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax a bit. They gave us a room upgrade for our anniversary and even sent some Champaign to the room. Our room and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. It’s not the most centrally located, but it’s a short walk to the metro.

Ok but not amazing.
It was fine but not the luxury experience that we were hoping for. The rooftop bar did not open until 12 so you could not get a drink if you were sitting at the pool before then. It then closed at 6 or 7 so you could not have a drink or snack and sit out in the evening and appreciate the view. The jacuzzi was not working. The rooftop was what attracted us to the hotel so it's limitations were disappointing. In addition to this the hotel did not take the bed cushions etc in overnight or when it was predicted to rain so it was soaked through in the mornings from condensation and also from the rain. It would have taken very little effort to make this happen. There was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities in the room. No minibar in the room, only one small bottle of water left each day even though the occupancy was for 2 people. Whilst the staff were lovely and tried to be very helpful the experience felt a bit impersonal and underwhelming. In addition as a Hotel.com gold VIP there were offers for early checkin and late checkout and a room upgrade were available. We arrived at 11.30am and no early checkin available, no upgrade available and after pushing very hard we managed to get a late checkout for 1.15pm instead of 12pm.
