The hotel is beautiful. The staff are well trained and the manager provided us with a fantastic dinner recommendation and took the time to walk us through some of the sights we should see in the area and throughout Lisbon. Our room very comfortable. The bed was the perfect firmness, shower was large and the fridge well stocked. We had a drink at the bar before dinner and they were accommodating with our allergies. Breakfast was delicious. They had a variety of options, including fresh fruit, cheeses, yogurts, various types of bread, pastries, eggs, hams, cereals, and granola. They also had a variety of juices and coffees. We did not make use of the pool or gym, but they looked well maintained and inviting. We would have gone for a swim, but it was not quite warm enough (even for us Canadians). Wonderful stay and the perfect way to end our trip to Portugal.

The hotel is ideally located right outside the major hustle and bustle of the area but still within walking distance to most restaurants and dessert places. Perfect for girls trip!!

Myself and my friends visited this hotel as a celebration for finishing high school. The hotel staff were so welcoming and willing to help, making us feel so safe as young female travellers. The common amenities of the hotel were stunning - pool, rooftop bar and piano bar being the ones we used the most. We were staying in one of the rooms that have not been renovated (yet) and while the bathroom could have done with an update, the beds were very comfortable and the room was always very clean. The location of the hotel is ideal! The metro is a two minute walk away and there are plenty of cute cafes to have breakfast. The hotel is close enough to the city centre so that you can walk, but far enough for there to be little crowds. Would recommend!!

The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. However, only one lift is working; I found a few ants in the bathroom; the air con is controlled by reception, and you have to ask reception for the lock to the safe.

There was mold in the shower and most of the amenities had not been updated since the early 2000's. The TV was still a CRT. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Nice area as rather quiet at night; convenient with two chained supermarkets right opposite to the hotel; a number of nice restaurants nearby; 5 minutes walk from nearest metro; 10 minutes walk from department store; around 10 minutes by car tovcity centre, overall convenient location. Room stayed was in the old wing of which the facility a bit aged but still worked; a bit hot in room as the air-con was set to be by central control at fan mode only (cannot change in-room); not sure if the conditions with rooms in the new wing would be better~

The Turim Lisbon was my oasis in Lisbon. We had to leave our cruise ship because my wife became ill. The front desk staff was so helpful it was amazing. Helped me move my wife from the terrors of the public hospital to the care of the private one. It literally saved her life, and it was the desk staff at this hotel that helped me choose the right hospital and arrange (in Portugues of course) the ambulance to transfer her there. The hotel itself is great. Piano bar, large rooms, very clean. The only thing I did not appreciate was the 55% mark-up that Expedia added to my initial stay. I renewed my room for several nights at a much lower rate. I would highly recommend this hotel, but I would book directly with the hotel.
