During this time, the mineral hot springs hours for women are 6:15-7:15 AM, 9:15-10:45 AM, 4:45-6:15 PM, 8:15-9 :45 PM, 11:45 PM-1:15 AM and for men are 5-6 AM, 7:30-9 AM, 3-4:30 PM, 6:30-8:00 PM, 10:00 PM-11:30 PM.
This property's multistorey car park does not have an lift. Guests who may encounter issues with stairs may be dropped off at the property's entrance before parking.

スタッフは親切。部屋は清潔だが、壁が薄いのか隣や階上の物音・足音が少し耳に触ることあり。大浴場や部屋のタオル交換は大満足。 エレベーターは非常に不満。３年前と比較して運用プログラムの変更はしているようだが、それでも時間帯（朝食〜チェックアウト、夕方〜21時ごろ）によっては、待ち時間が長い。さらなる改善を期待したい。１〜３階でもエスカレーターがなく階段のみなので、それらの階の移動もエレベーター利用の人が多く、混雑の一因か。

ユニットバスの備え付けのボディーソープ？シャープ？のフォルダーにカビがひどい。基本的には大浴場を使うのでバスタブは使用しないが、洗面台を使うと目に付くので、綺麗にするか、使用していないのであれば撤去した方が良い。

喫煙室を利用しました。事前にタバコ臭が強くないか？ホテルの方に質問した際に、そんなに強くないとの答えでしたが、かなりのタバコ臭でした。
