I had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautifully decorated and a cosy retreat to return to after a days exploring. It was a great size, modern, sleek with lots of unexpected extra surprises. The design of the hotel was so beautiful. The bed super comfy. The location amazing. I tried food a few times and that was overpriced and not very good so I wouldn’t eat here again but the cocktails were great. Sitting in the bar for a cocktail before heading out each night was a luxurious experience. It really did feel like entering a different world when walking out of the fantastic madness of Leicester Square and into this amazing hotel! I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m in London. The hotel went above my expectations. It was beautifully appointed and a great place to recharge each night. It’s an expensive hotel but you get a fantastic experience.

The welcome from Amy was so lovely and warm. Made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. Also special mention to the young lady at the desk near the bar didn’t catch her name (with nose ring) very chatty, friendly & helpful. Food in rooftop bar was delicious. Room was clean and tidy and considering we were in the centre of Leicester Square facing the busiest part, no noise at all was heard in the room!
