My favorite hotel, mainly because of the warm and attentive staff and the great location as well as look and feel of the hotel. Stayed in room type L, which is incredible! Yet the staff make our stay unforgettable every time. Special thanks to Gustavo, Sebastian, Victor, Gabriel, Julian, Jennyfer and of course the rest of the staff! Great location and great rooms (big rain shower) with good amenities and fun details. And don’t forget to visit the Apache rooftop bar with great views and good drinks and food.

Great stay as always. We love this hotel and the staff! The location, the clean rooms and the attention to fun details in the rooms and at breakfast, we cant get enough of it. The warm welcome from the staff, they speak both Spanish and good English, make our stay memorable every time. You can't go wrong if you choose this hotel for your stay!

Excellent hotel and service. Great staff and restaurant and rooftop bar with live entertainment. The area tends to be a bit noisy at nights. The area is a bit dirty with somewhat unsafe sidewalks. This is disappointing because Click Clack is a wonderful hotel. Usaquén is a much nicer neighborhood with walkable sidewalks.

Nice room (S), great overall hotel, and excellent service. Recommended. The only downside on this trip was that the room was beneath the rooftop bar, Apache, which had live music until almost 1 a.m.

The hospitality at this hotel has been excellent - from time of check-in through to service in the restaurants and bars, everything has been fantastic. The rooftop bar offers excellent views of the city and the food was very well presented and tasty.

The hotel room extremely was extremely small, but expensive. Smallest shower and bathroom. Also bathroom was see through. So much noise. One side of the bed was on the all no space to put bedside table or anything.

The rooms are pretty small and no air conditioning. The safe in the room is not bolted. As my room has a balcony, one could break in (easiy street access since Im on the 2nd floor) and walk away with the aafe and all the contents.
