I recently spent 14 days at this hotel, and it truly felt like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The chef and the restaurant supervisor were especially wonderful — every morning they greeted me with such kindness that it made my stay even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay at Aloft Al Mina hotel. The staff was great and smiling all the time even the ones you had not spoke to. Our family felt very welcome. Our little 9 month old child was also treated as a little darling by the entire staff at the hotel. A special thank you to Ali from the breakfast buffet who was a fantastic pleasant guy to us and our baby who just loved him. Will definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! It was super clean, and the staff were fantastic at making me feel welcomed and looked after. The only downside was the amount of construction happening in the area - this made it difficult to walk places that could have been walkable and also made it hard to access local public transport. Fortunately, the hotel had its own shuttle service into the Financial District and beach, which made life a lot easier. Loved the pool as well!

There is construction going on the road opposite the hotel which makes it bit noisier than expected. Otherwise the location is relatively good although it is bit far for walking distance to convenient stores and surrounding restaurants also limited for walking distance. Staff are helpful and easily approachable. Worth for money and also convenient to get transportation due to its location. Rooftop swimming pool is great with good views from it. There is lifeguard on duty too. Last but not least there are complimentary transportations from hotel to certain places such as Dubai Mall and certain terminals of Dubai International Airport at fixed timings each day. May consider to stay here again if to come to Dubai in future.
