I booked this hotel specifically because they offered a room with a city view, which was not the case. My window look straight into the wall of another building. When I complained with the receptionist, they offered me another room with also a window looking straight at a wall. Absolutely no view of the city, just a dirty wall. The receptionist then made a very silly excuse that they consider that “city view because the way their hotel is built”???
