This hotel was amazing! The staff were always helpful and gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to see! The bed was comfy and the room was very modern and exactly what you need if you don’t plan on being in the room beyond sleeping and bathing! Friendly and helpful staff at this location. My favorite thing was the unforgettable view on the rooftop! Everything was sparkly clean, comfortable bed, refillable water station in the lobby & gym. This location is walking distance to many shopping spaces, restaurants, Lombard street, California street.

Super friendly staff, clean and modern room. Beautiful lobby area with plenty of seating and work areas. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options, and my chilled Americano hit the spot every morning. Will be staying here again, and plan on staying at the Miami location next month.
