The bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is key, although some taxi drivers had some difficulty locating this hotel for pickup. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and plenty of options. Their service at front desk and ground floor cafe are amazing.

NIce, new hotel close to Han river and city center

It's a new hotel with a wonderful view of Han River. Service was great, nice linen, great mattress. Only downside is the parking. All cars must receive valet parking service (30,000 KRW).

This was one of the best hotel I have been. A real five stars hotel with great service and very helpful staff. The room was quite big with a very nice bathroom. View from 9th floor over the river was amazing . Fitness and the infinity pool were breathtaking and for once you can go whenever you want!! (Lots of swimming pools in Korea have restrictions and you can access them only once during your stay..) reason why we enjoyed it so much! The indoor pool is of the same quality, cosy, very clean and nice (take a swimming cap with you) The whole hotel is well furnished with nice views and much light. The only little black point is the price of the breakfast which is very high (nearly 60 dollars pro person). At the ground floor you can get some excellent pastries and coffees for an affordable prices. (All around the hotel there are places you can eat breakfast for low prices and I saw lots of people taking food to their room) Mapo station is just 3 minutes walk and there are several buses too if you go and visit Seoul. Very easy and convenient! When we go to Seoul again, we would choose this hotel again! Thanks a lot to all the staff who made our stay unforgettable

The rooms were spotless, spacious and the view was fantastic. I actually extended another night so I can spend my birthday there and they made sure to make it special for me. It was great and will be staying again when back in Seoul!

Rooms were clean, staff were super lovely with great English, the lounge on level 20 was stunning as is the cafe on level 1, but come for the infinity pool! Location wise, a short bus ride to Hongdae for shopping and the subway will get you everywhere else.
