I didn’t like that it was so difficult to find the back of the hotel for parking. It doesn’t have an address, it’s down some alley that we could. It find, without having to call the hotel twice.

These hotel rooms do not have telephones. No elevator. Mouldy trim and baseboards in bathroom - bathroom door very difficult to open and close. Lots of food options however no grocery or drug stores close.

Clean heritage building , with basics renovations years ago in Quebec City’s most prestigious street. If you are looking for impeccable facilities in a soulless building , this is NOT the place However , if you value old stone , great location , vibrant street and don’t mind squeaky floor or doors , at a reasonable price , this is the place. And the personnel was very nice. I’d book again , but not my wife.

The staff who helped us was outstanding! She made the stay. The hotel itself is old and run down. The room had peeling ceilings from an old leak, the bathroom was dirty, the bedding was soiled and overall just not overly welcoming. Front stairs had cigarette butts everywhere. It was quite noisy as we didn't realize there was a music festival happening in the neighbourhood during out stay.
