"FYI I was in an Accessible room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was appreciated as it was a hot buffet not just continental selections. Room was new looking and clean. "

"Location was great, walking distances to 2 train stations, supermarkets, coffee shops and some restaurants. Just 10-15 train ride to central Sydney. Environment was quiet and nice. Room was clean, staffs reachable via emails and chats. Water pressure of the shower was good too. Miele washing machine and kitchen very useful. Overall it was a very good stay. Improvements: Shower space was half open so we had to wipe the bathroom floor every time we showered. Dining table was tilted. TV signal was very weak, had trouble watching the news on TV because the signal was low. Improvements."
