"The property was clean and was in a great location! It was easy for us to walk to the hotel from the bus station. We were able to travel around Melbourne easily from the train station right outside. We also liked how there was a pool, gym and sauna available. There was breakfast available at a cost but the options are few; scrambled eggs, beans, toast with topping options, cereal selection with milk that’s it. The coffee machine was a nice plus. It would have been nice if the breakfast had fresh fruit available. Our biggest concern while on the property was the WiFi internet access. The hotel requires you to accept their terms and you are connected to the WiFi, however, you get logged off often and something it’s randomly while you’re using your device. We had to accept the terms over and over again which was tedious. The hotel should allow you one time access to the WiFi and then your phone is recognized each time you’re in the room and auto connects every time you are on the property, but that was not the case here. As side from the simple breakfast and WiFi/internet connection issue, the stay was great."

"This hotel is the perfect example of a five star hotel that is the best in every category i can image. if they build a ski resort next door it will be 10 stars out of 5. It smells soo good and the breakfast is the most perfect view and most delicious ingridents, they have EVERYTHING and the best part is the staff who remember you and treat you like royalty. Its hot tub and pool are so unique, I dare you find another one like it. Their food is soo delicious and good prices. The other guests are all couples and professionals of all walks of life, all sharing the joy of this amazing amazing hotel in what is consider a city like no other and second to no other."

"A short walk from Southern Cross station so is very convenient when travelling by train or plane.Staff were pleasent. Room was quiet and had everything needed for short stay. Restaurant available for dinner and breakfast..Only critisism was room was located on level 1 which required negotiating a number of stairs to get to/from it. Difficult with large suitcase and if any mobility issues. Will request room on elevator level in future"
