The staff is very friendly and accommodating of their guests. The hotel is clean and the air conditioner worked great for the hot days. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food each day. The coffee is good. We would stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Hermosillo again because of the good service and clean accommodations.

If you stay in Hermosilla this is a nice Holiday Inn, the staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the city and things to do. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. It was a nice experience for me and my family and I would recommend it.
