Very nice hotel with a pool next to the bar and restaurant. Room with two double beds was fully equipped including bathrobes. Good breakfast included. Check in bellman was very informative.

Excellent location for first-timers , solo travelers and anyone who rather be in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast menu can be better but not a big deal. The only thing was that the charge for washcloths if you they can’t get the stain out which most women wear some form of makeup so ladies bring your own. Not very busy location and easy to get to things from that location. Overall, great stay!

Our stay was overall very enjoyable. The staff were excellent and very attentive to any queries and concerns. The room was very comfortable as well. My only two critiques is that the pool could be maintained more consistently and that there are more affordable meal options for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel did not allow me to have even 1 guest at any time. They also made me sign certain conditions that were not advertised. Not the best experience of the hotel personnel. The hotel itself was great. Room was nice and clean. No complains.

Definitely worth the price! The hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the free breakfast. Get the chilaquiles! The rooftop is also very fun and we loved the plunge pools. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We only had one problem with the water leaking out of the shower area into the outside kitchen area, even with the door shut. Hopefully they fix the door to the shower so it doesn’t keep happening. Overall, a great stay

Positives: Super charming and welcoming hotel with an amazing pool and rooftop. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s not in the middle of the city where most restaurants are, but an easy 10–15 minute walk gets you there. There’s a great supermarket right across Avenida Cobá, and parking is conveniently in front of the hotel. They offer beach towels, and our room was comfortable. Best of all, there are three super cute and friendly orange cats living on the property. Ok: Breakfast is included but with limited options; still decent to start the day. The shower drain was initially too tight, preventing proper water flow, but loosening it solved the issue. Negatives: Towels could be fluffier, no non-dairy milk options at breakfast, and our balcony’s sliding door was hard to pull. Overall: A cozy, cat-friendly boutique stay with a great location and relaxing amenities — with a few small details that could make it even better.

Bed was very comfortable, room very clean. Thank you to staff for accommodating our late arrival! I know it’s beyond your control but too much noise could be heard from across the street. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Very clean hotel & staff was kind. Bathroom set up does not provide for privacy. Wished we had some outdoor space to sit at - off our room. Balcony was tiny with no chairs & had an unappealing backdrop. Recommend a room that has a view off the pool area.
