Scam at check in

Checkin did NOT work. They could not find my booking as said that they are not longer working with Hotels.com All in all, I had to pay separately at the hotel and they promised that they will check with Hotels.com. Maybe some sort of a scam.

Inget var bra. Det är ett hotel med gentlemans club.. vi bokade ett rökfri rum en natt för att flyga vidare. Vi fick ett rum som var för rökare. Det luktade rök till o med på kudden. När jag frågade i receptionen om vi kunde byta till ett rökfritt rum som vi hade bokat. Så svarade receptionisten att dem hade enbart 3 rökfria rum och att alla var upptagen. :¥

Rapport qualité / prix dans la moyenne

Hotel d'un rapport qualité / prix dans la moyenne. Chambre propre, bien qu'un peu "défraichie". Literie propre. Baignoire fendue (je me suis pincé la voûte plantaire en marchant dessus sans l'avoir vue). Interrupteur cassé. Sinon les night-clubs de l'hôtel sont un peu bruyants le soir. Situé dans un quartier très central de Deira, il est très raisonnable pour dépannage sur une nuit avec parking voiture. Personnel serviable et courtois. À noter qu'en fonction des pistes en service à l'Aéroport de Dubai (DXB) on peut avoir les avions qui décollent au dessus de l'hôtel, où en être à l'abri en cas de vent contraire. Nous avons eu les 2 cas au cours de la soirée. WiFi fonctionne bien. RAS!

فندق لمرة وحدة فقط

مقبوله ولكن فندق لا يوجد واي فاي مجانا وهو مسجل ولكن هذا عيب في الفندق بالاضافة الى محاولة تجميع الفلوس من اي غلطه .

Night club with hotel

Don't stay here if you want to sleep at night. This is essentially 2 nightclubs on th 1st and 7th floor that run from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am every night. The noise from them invades nearly all floors of the hotel and is really loud

the treatment of the whole staff was very bad they told us that the offer which we took from hotels.com that our stay include breakfast is fake and if we want the breakfast included we should pay for it . finally they refused to give us our breakfast
