"Run down and old. The bottom of the bathroom door and baseboards were splintered. Slippery shower floor and no hand bars. Mildew smell in room. Our last night, the 10th, we found out why. It started to rain. We were awakened to find the ceiling leaking badly from a small overhead lamp that was missing. ..."

"No housekeeping was done despite repeatedly requesting it. Fresh towels arrived at 11:00 pm! Wrong information from check-in (housekeeping is only automatic after three days). "I love how clean and spotless our room was. All other parts of the hotel were just as clean. They have a convenient cafe for breakfast and a cafe for coffee and muffins and breakfast sandwiches. The entire staff was friendly and helpful."
