Huge credit to them — I didn’t have a charger, just a usb cable, and the usb in my first room was broken. Within 10 mins, they had me moved to a new room with a working outlet. Clean, quiet, and right in the middle of NYC

Ice machine was by the lobby, and one of the elevators were down, but they allowed usage of the 2 service elevators on the end of each hallway to make up for it. I was only there for 2 nights but it was comfy. The rooms were very warm but the windows open and it balanced.

Welcoming and informed staff. Staff shared information about local events and offerings. The hotel is under renovations so the conditions will change. Definitely appreciated the cozy hotel atmosphere with inside balcony overlooking the pool, sauna and main lobby. Very family friendly.
