The food was amazing and the room and view perfect. Roberto from the bar outdoor cafe was outstanding remembered our orders every day he is a huge asset to your company. We loved everything about it trip and will be back soon

I read some of the 'zero' stars and I don't think they stayed at the Beloved Playa Mujer. This was the most relaxing vacation ever. Wonderful beach, extremely clean, friendly & helpful staff, great food, entertainment, incredible spa and no kids!

My first room was dank smelling but I was assisted in changing rooms about half way through the trip. The food was good as was the beach and pools. Appreciated the attention and energy from the entertainment staff (Maria, Chocolate, Joy Boy).
