Great location with a bus stop right outside the hotel and the MRT a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pretty basic with a decent view of the city.

Rooms were clean. Staff came everyday as well. Short walk to Times Square. Convenient store very close. I liked that in the lobby there was a filtered water fountain. ATM & ice machine as well.

Simple in concept and it just works, located inside the terminal adjacent to departures so you have access to anything you need inside The Terminal. Rooms is small of course but well laid out, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful

Towels barely had any fluff on them. They were very rough and absorbent. The bathtub filled with standing water while taking a shower The pillows were hard as rocks. General staff were very friendly but speaking with your manager not so much. Attitude was uninterested at best.
