The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Very close to Broadway shows and Times Square.

Great position in south terminal close to check in a bar/restaurant which you get 20% off for staying at the Bloc. Comfortable for a one nigh pre flight stay

Booked a superior room. It’s so small that it’s not enough room for two adults and two suitcases. Every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like an alarm went off. We let the manager know and he said maintenance would fix the problem. This did not happen even after reminding him. We stayed 4 nights ...

Towels barely had any fluff on them. They were very rough and absorbent. The bathtub filled with standing water while taking a shower The pillows were hard as rocks. General staff were very friendly but speaking with your manager not so much. Attitude was uninterested at best.

Everything was wonderful only thing I didn’t like is that the room didn’t have a microwave to warm up your food or any place in the hotel to warm up your food.
