"Ok, this hotel hits two major things that are hard to find together in a NY hotel, 1) it's clean, 2) it's cheap. Usually you can have one, but in my half a century on this planet and being from NY, this is the first time I've seen a hotel in Manhattan do both these things."

"We have stayed here multiple times. All seem to be good except the elevators. One is always out of service and the others are so small it takes forever to get a s of standing and waiting for an elevator."

"Convenient location close to the falls. Hotel is dated, pool hygiene is suspect, continental breakfast is bare minimum. Staff is professional but not friendly. We wouldnt stay here again. Renovating so may be better next year."
