Clean room, professional and friendly staff, delicious breakfast and convenient location

I stayed here from June 15–17 with my family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and any questions we had during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication before arrival was prompt and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during the hot and humid weather. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a convenient way to start the day. What stood out most was the hospitality of the team. They made a genuine effort to ensure our family had a comfortable stay and helped coordinate our onward travel plans. Overall, this was a very good stay and provided a comfortable base for our visit to Hanoi. I would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a convenient location, friendly service, and good value.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I cant say enough good about them they restored my faith in bangkok i was 100% never coming back to bangkok until staying here. Pool was amazing the view was amazing you are next to the hotel the hangover was filmed, great breakfast and friendly people and staff.

Wonderful stay we enjoyed very much

The hotel is in a great location close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The staff are brilliant very helpful, friendly and professional and the breakfast is excellent . Unfortunately the hotel is a little tired and could do with a bit more TLC but that being said is is great value.

Clean room, nice area but we felt like the staff were all quite vague with instructions (especially at the spa) or blunt when you tried to talk to them. The spa is expensive and the restaurants aren’t really anything to rave about so don’t get stuck there for 10 days with only a few restaurants to choose from like we did. There is nothing else around the area. Breakfast was decent.
