We stayed one night at the Sheraton Grand Incheon for a mid day flight the day after. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and were taken care of right away. They even let us in the room early as we arrived prior to the 3:00 PM check in time!
The room was clean and inviting and it was very quiet.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection of different foods and will definitely recommend giving it a try.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on our next trip.

LOTTE Hotel Seoul is in the ideal location - minutes for subway transport, major historical sights, excellent shopping for every budget, the Market, people watching, great restaurants, coffee shops & cafés.
The staff is superb and the service impeccable.
We booked the Executive Tower for our most recent stay - 2025 we were in the Main Tower.
Can’t fault either location, but the level of service and the room amenities are definitely A+++ in the Executive Tower.
Without equal is the magnificent buffet breakfast/lunch, the views of the city and mountains, and the incredible personal touch you feel while a guest.
The highest recommendation to anyone looking for an exceptional experience while visiting Seoul - a city that offers infinite options of enjoyment.
