Nice & helpful staff, very good location, great breakfast and a very home feeling hotel!

We stayed 2 nights. The room was ok. Great view of the sea and Tamsui River. The fishermen wharf is so so.

Friendly staff and great services. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Walking diatance to shopping complex with a variety of food choices. Room is clean and drinks&snacks in mini bar are free. Steam and public bathing in the hotel is absolutely relaxing.

The hotel features a Gothic-style design. The room was clean, though a bit on the darker side. It could use brighter lighting. Aside from that, I really liked the convenience as it’s located right next to the train station and a shopping mall.

It was nice that you can smoke outside, on the sides of the hotel, very convenient, the hotel has cameras outside so, that made me fell safe. Staff at the front desk was nice. The only thing that happened to me was when I was checking in I was told that I could go to have breakfast the first day, pay regular price and if I like it come back after breakfast and take advantage of the special price for the rest of our stay, we did it that way, but when I came back to the front desk the next day they told me that I had had to ordered when I check in, the associate who check me in was off, so they contacted him to verify what I was telling them I was told, it was a little bit annoying, but at the end they solved it, maybe the whole staff should be aware that it’s possible. Overall we like it
