A fantastic stay. The staff are amazing and the food is particularly good, we dined there a lot. The rooms are nice and there are a lot of great facilities close to downtown and waterfront.

False advertising, not soundproof and rather dusty.
Service was amazing, amenities were great, room was clean to the eye from afar, but absolutely covered in dust. Room was advertised as soundproof on expedia, we could clearly hear children next door most pf the evening which drastically impacted the reason we booked the room in the first place.

Very strange electric switches. Some worked others didn't. Some switches no where near the lights. Made no sense and very frustrating.
Also very slow service from bellmen .
Restaurant staff need better trainings.
Just ok stay.
