Had my 2 kids and myself there for 8 days was beautiful. Room was amazing the kids had a ball and where s swept off their feet . Staff always where on top of there game . Well done stuff .. I was there 8mth bak approximately with my partner and she was also amazed. 5 star 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 😍 ♥️

Friendly & helpful staff. Great Restaurant Meal.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a nice touch to find the concierge had already placed my bag in my room. Great to top off my busy day with a very relaxed great meal in the restaurant.

Okay but not great

We were able to check in early which was great, however we had booked a superior king and at check in was told it was a standard king. When I questioned this, they said a standard was a superior which sounds shady to me. Breakfast was awful.. we had to line up for over 20 mins just to be seated and never did get the coffees we ordered.

Gorgeous hotel, beautifully fitted out in art deco style. Only downside was there was no view to the mariner from our particular room which I was expecting from the photos when booking. Other than that, it was really luxurious throughout, and a very comfortable stay.
